Responsibilities

• Drive social media growth through innovative and engaging contents, ensuring they are executed in line with brand objectives and medical aesthetics industry trends.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly content calendars across all social media platforms and websites, hat content delivery is seamless and campaigns are consistent, on-brand, and aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic copywriting that reflect the brand voice
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth).
• Support execution of campaigns, product launches, and events (online & offline).
• Collaborate with graphic designer & videographer to produce engaging and high-quality content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the medical aesthetic and beauty technology sectors.
• Source and manage KOL partnerships to enhance brand visibility and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or hospitality industry.
• Good sense of visual aesthetics and content trends
• Strong expertise in social media management, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to balance creative vision with business goals.
• Adaptability to industry changes and market trends in medical aesthetics.
• Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented.
