Key Responsibilities:
● Design content calendars and distribution strategies for the YouTube channel, including the optimization of Shorts, Live, and Playlists features.
● Manage subscriber growth and ensure the achievement of KPIs related to ad revenue and content reach.
● Conduct research and development of themes for educational and entertainment programs.
● Integrate online marketing campaigns with offline activities to create a cohesive ecosystem for audiences and advertisers.
● Understand how to create scripts, cues, and other stage activities during live events.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Role Summary: Responsible for the growth of the T-Space digital ecosystem through innovative content strategies to increase audience reach and advertising revenue.
Qualifications:
● Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Digital Marketing, Communication, or Creative fields.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing professional YouTube channels or as a Content Strategist.
● Deep understanding of video SEO, digital analytics, and current social media trends.
Additional Information: These positions will be managed independently within a lean team structure that prioritizes cross-divisional collaboration.
