Purchasing  

• Source and compare suppliers to obtain best price, quality, and delivery.
• Request and evaluate quotations
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up delivery schedule and ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Maintain vendor database and purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations for purchasing needs.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic purchasing principles and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative supply chain roles.
• Experience in sourcing suppliers, comparing quotes, and preparing purchase orders.
• Familiarity with vendor management, price negotiation, and basic contract terms.
• Experience supporting inventory control or warehouse teams is a plus.
• Background in similar industry (Restaurant/hospitality) is preferred but not mandatory
