Role Overview
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of software applications by providing first and second-line support to clients and internal users. This role acts as the critical bridge between end users, Product Managers, and Engineers — receiving issues, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating resolution efficiently. The ideal candidate is technically curious, a clear communicator, and comfortable working across functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Must-Have Skills
1/ Experience in application/software support — helping clients solve issues
2/ Ability to collaborate with PM and Engineers effectively
3/ Basic troubleshooting skills, including:
3.1/ API testing with Postman
3.2/ Database querying (basic SQL or equivalent)
Bar Raiser (Plus)
1/ Ability to gather user requirements and design solutions (to assist PM workload)
2/ Basic network knowledge (for troubleshooting network-related issues)
3/ Demonstrates strong learning agility / quick thinking during interview
