- Develop, draft, and edit technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and changes.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to established style guides and standards.
- Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback to improve documentation quality
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or equivalent.
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with markup languages like HTML or Markdown is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
