Note: 3 month contract (maternity leave cover)
Daily Activities :
- Handle and follow up on issue tickets submitted from production environments, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.
- Improve and maintain Knowledge Management Articles within the service desk system to enhance support reference and documentation quality.
- Identify and analyze root causes of reported issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper fixes and preventive actions
Kualifikasi Minimum
Skills:
- Experience using Freshservice for handling tickets, incidents, and service requests.
- Familiar with Flux Warehouse Management System to support daily warehouse operations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MySQL for managing and retrieving data.
- Able to use SQL Data Manipulation Language (DML) for insert, update, delete, and query.
- Experience using DBeaver as a database management and query tool.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with users and internal teams.
- Good analytical thinking to identify issues and support problem-solving processes.
