Position Title : Personal Assistant
Location : South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta
Employment Type : Full-Time
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and dependable Personal Assistant to support in managing personal, household, and logistical matters. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin, English and Indonesian, and the ability to operate in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with flexibility and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the family’s personal calendar, including appointments, social events, school activities, and travel plans.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries for family members.
- Act as the main point of contact for household staff (drivers, housekeepers, nannies, etc.) and external vendors or service providers.
- Handle personal errands, such as gift shopping, event planning, and managing household inventories.
- Assist in budgeting, paying bills, and maintaining financial and personal records.
- Arrange and oversee household maintenance, repairs, and service appointments.
- Liaise with schools, doctors, banks, insurance providers, and other institutions as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with the utmost discretion at all times.
- Accompany the family during trips or personal events when required.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to last-minute changes or requests.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1- 3 years experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting high-profile individuals or families.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile apps.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or travel if needed.
- Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
