- Develop and update MRP data based on production and maintenance schedules.
- Analyze requisitions and material demand; issue recommendations for purchasing or stock adjustments.
- Evaluate unused or slow-moving materials and coordinate reallocation or disposal.
- Review and maintain alternate part numbers and ensure proper data entry in SAP/SWIFT.
- Participate in planning meetings with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
- Control and monitor inventory levels, lead times, and reorder parameters (ROP, lot size, min/max).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP/SWIFT) and data analysis.
- Certifications such as CPMS, CSCP, PBJ Level 1–2, or Six Sigma are a strong advantage.
- Understanding aircraft material management or engineering documents (IPC, CMM, RSPL, EO).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
