- Receive and inspect incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
- Verify vendor approval, airworthiness certificates, and part traceability.
- Conduct detailed inspections for parts that cannot be verified at receiving stage.
- Coordinate with engineering, stores, and purchasing for discrepancies or rejections.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and reports in compliance with CASR/FAR/EASA Part 145.
- Ensure materials with shelf life or life limits meet requirements before acceptance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Aeronautic or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, receiving inspection, or aviation supply chain.
- Understanding of aviation material standards, AWB, MRT, PO matching, and quality documentation.
- Certification such as Material Receiving Inspection, CPMS, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Proficient in ERP/SWIFT systems and documentation review.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC ≥ 530
