- Look for high-potential properties (kos-kosan) to partner with us.
- Reach out to property owners via cold calls and field visits (canvassing) to offer our property management program.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with property owners.
- Ensure the newly partnered properties run smoothly and achieve their revenue targets.
- Prepare standard-compliant reports on your daily sales activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (having a startup or hospitality background is a plus).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, passionate about sales, and driven to close deals.
- Tech-savvy and willing to work in the field (canvassing) to meet property owners directly.
