- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
- Deliver top-notch client service, including regular check-ins, proactive communication, and being a reliable point of contact.
- Keep clients informed and confident by providing timely updates, showing empathy, and responding calmly to their concerns.
- Monitor how clients are using our product and analyze to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Analyze client activity to spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track project progress, ensure clients are kept in the loop at every stage, and ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in account management, customer success, or client service (agency/tech is a plus).
- Fluent in English.
- Fast response and proactive in handling client needs
- Willingness to occasionally respond to client needs or urgent requests outside of business hours
- Strong client-facing with excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
- Skilled in analytical thinking with the ability to anticipate client or project needs.
- Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple clients while keeping project timelines on track.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solid time management skills.
