- Monitor daily inventory to ensure alignment between system records and physical stock
- Perform scheduled cycle counts and periodic opname in accordance with accompany procedures
- Identiy and investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor
- Record inventory transactions accurately in the WRP/EMS system
- Mantain inventory data accuracy to support warehouse operations and audits
- Monitor stock movement including slow-moving, aging, and near-expiry products
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure proper stock handling and rotation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Support inventory analysis and provide data required by supervisors or management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in supply chain/logistic, industrial engineering or related fields
- Min. 2 years experiences in inventory control
- Understanding of inventory concepts such as saety stock and stock movement
- Familiar with warehouse operational flow
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with ERP/ Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- High level of integrity, responsibility and initiative
- Willing to work overtime when operationally required
