- Own and drive national sales performance
- Turn underperforming centers into high-performing units
- Execute high-impact programs like Bee a Member & Go Diamond
- Build strong relationships with leaders, centers, and key stakeholders
- Drive sales activation, events, and campaigns across regions
- Ensure consistent coaching, follow-ups, and execution discipline
- Report directly to Sales Team Leader with clear performance insights
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in Sales / Distribution (5+ years)
- Background in MLM, FMCG, or Direct Selling is a strong advantage
- Strong ability to lead, push, and develop people
- Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and fast execution
- Willing to travel nationwide (at least 2 weeks/month)
- Proficient in English
- Tech savvy
