Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee all HR administrative processes and ensure regular updates
- Calculate and process employee compensation, including salaries, overtime, commissions, and other payments
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documents, including diplomas, NPWP, KK, employee identification cards, etc
- Prepare and compile HR correspondence docs
- Manage and update employment status and contract duration
- Coordinate with branches regarding attendance and related matters
- Handle the registration of insurance participants and manage BPJS Health and BPJS Employment (BPJS TK) registrations
- Understand and apply PPH21 regulations, including the reporting process
Kualifikasi Minimum
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
-Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or related HR functions
-Resilient, detailed, analytical and high confidentiality
-Experienced in Pph 21 & BPJS Calculation
-Excellent MS excel skill & familiar with HRIS will be plus
-Willing to work for Maternity Leave replacement
