Creating and maintaining a framework for compliance across all departments Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. Identify and assess gaps between existing policies and procedures and new regulatory requirements, and recommend necessary adjustments to ensure compliance Communicating compliance requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders. Providing legal advice to other departments on a wide range topic Maintain and monitor company's compliance according to Bank Indonesia regulations, PPATK and principal regulations Provide assistance to the business and marketing team on commercial negotiations with Banks, principals, payment issuers, payment system partners, merchants and vendors Examine the legal issues related to new payment products/features and digital payment innovation Prepare, review, and revise any legal documents related to the business and operational Liaise with Bank Indonesia, PPATK, public notaries, lawyers, external auditors, and government authorities in relation to corporate matters Conduct periodic internal audit and responsible for create the audit framework plan and perform the audit execution and collaborate with a diverse range of businesses and stakeholders to identify continual improvements in all departments Ensure that the Company's business and operations are in compliance with applicable regulations

- Define the vision and strategy for SRE and DevOps, aligning with organizational objectives - Lead, mentor, and motivate SRE and DevOps teams to adopt best practices and deliver results - Oversee training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team - Make a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages skill development and innovation - Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance and incident management - Lead incident response efforts, minimizing Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) and conducting root cause analyses - Drive automation to reduce toil - Oversee the design and implementation reliable system - Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven operations, serverless) to enhance system performance

• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope • Familiar with KYC and AML Procedure in Indonesia • Familiar with Bank Indonesia, PPATK and regulatory bodies related to payment industries. • Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies • Ensure that your findings are recorded and followed up with management so that issues can be rectified • Educate employees on not only the regulations, but also the impact on the organisation if these aren't complied with • Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues • Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance • Highlight or escalate areas of concern • Review marketing materials, presentations, and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests • Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects) • Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance. • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk. • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.

Responsible for the daily operational of Security, as follow: Monitoring Antivirus Configure and Monitoring Hiware, IPS system system on DC and DRC Check firewall activity on DC and DRC by Cisco Security Manager (CSM) & FortiAnalyzer Report and escalated for any activity related daily operational Execute action plan Preventive Maintenance time and changes request document Support project team related implementation Collaborate with other department and vendor related to IT security operation Do the vulnerability scan and penetration test for new system/application
