- Provide application support for critical banking transaction systems used by Bank Danamon branches across Indonesia (WIB, WITA, and WIT).
- Monitor application performance and system availability to ensure smooth business operations and minimize service disruptions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for branch users regarding application-related issues and operational support.
- Support application deployment activities, including post-deployment verification and validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (Oracle teams) to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Perform database queries, data extraction, and basic data analysis to support troubleshooting and operational requests.
- Provide, validate, and audit data requested by Compliance, Law Enforcement Authorities, internal auditors, or clients in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize monitoring and support tools to ensure system stability, service quality, and operational readiness.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of banking applications or financial services systems is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, Oracle SQL/SQL, AS400, and Linux environments.
- Experience using Oracle SQL Developer, PuTTY, WinSCP, Jira, and Dynatrace is preferred.
- Experience in data extraction, data validation, and supporting audit or compliance-related requests will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts or provide support outside regular business hours, if required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
