Sales Executive  

Responsibilities :

1. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the buying or selling process.
2. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, marketing, and lead generation activities.
3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective buyers, showcasing properties and highlighting their features and benefits.
4. Negotiation: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming to reach agreements that satisfy all parties.
5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition, to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Contract Management: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
7. Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on various platforms, including real estate websites, social media, and print media.
8. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales figures, client interactions, and market trends.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree in related field
2. Experience min. 2 years in Real Estate sales
3. Strong network of high net worth individuals
4. Ability to work independently & as part of a teams
5. Proven track record in Luxury real estate sales.
6. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
7. Knowledge of the Luxury real estate market in Bali and potentially internationally.
8. Good in English.
