Tax Accountant  

• Tax Analysis & Calculation
• Capable of analyzing various tax implications for corporate activities.
• Experienced in calculating accurate tax obligations to ensure compliance with corporate tax policies and regulations.
• Tax Withholding & Reporting
• Proficient in calculating and withholding taxes (e.g., income tax, VAT) as required by law.
• Experienced in preparing, documenting, and submitting periodic tax reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with local tax authorities.
• Tax Dispute & Audit Management
• Skilled in handling corporate tax disputes, including preparing necessary documents and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced in managing tax audits conducted by the tax office, ensuring compliance and timely responses to inquiries and findings.
• Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Possesses solid experience in preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Familiar with general accounting principles and practices, supporting accurate and reliable financial reporting.

Location:

Current office location in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

Our office will relocate to Kuningan, South Jakarta in November 2024.

• Educational Qualifications:
  Must be a Bachelor degree in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation.
  Possess Brevet A & B certifications.

• Professional Background:

  Minimum of 2 year experience as a tax staff in a freight forwarding company

• Language Proficiency:

  Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).

  Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.

• Additional Requirements:

  Highly motivated and willing to learn all roles and functions in the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Department.
