Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFQs, and tender requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and submit accurate commercial quotations in line with company pricing strategy
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure offer accuracy and delivery feasibility
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and closing opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and pipeline reports
- Assist in tender documentation and administrative requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or commercial roles (preferably in industrial products such as fasteners, cable tray, or EPC-related materials)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and tendering systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
