Jr. Product Manager  

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Work with the development team to create detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Participate in product design, development, testing, and launch activities.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing content.
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Product board).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
