- Supervises warehouse/depot and handles personnel
- Process overall in-bound and out-bound logistics of the warehouse
- Receives supplies and ensure accuracy of document record to the actual
- Reviews quality & accuracy (quantity & type) of received items
- Properly store received inventories on warehouse and proper filing of documents
- Monitor rate of usage of essential items, to be used for forecasting analysis
- Monitor inventory level of inventoriable and non-inventoriable items
- Liaise production and shipment schedule
- Planning, scheduling & monitoring the timely arrival of procured goods
- Proper filing & relay of purchase related documents retrieved from suppliers
- Process outlets orders, prepare goods and generate DR.
- Schedule and plans delivery route for material & document transit
- Supervise prepared goods, dispatching and loading process, and other delivery activities (shipment tracking)
- Process reimbursement of in-store purchases and encode dealer’s output daily for forecasting
- Handling accidents, delays, and unforeseen circumstances during deliveries
- Scheduling registration renewal of truck & motorcycles
- Disposal of pulled out inventory that are damaged or expired
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of BS in Operations Management, BS in Business Administration or any related business courses
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Logistics Management
- Must be willing to be assigned in Davao City
