Social Media Manager  

1. Social Media Management

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram and Facebook aligned with brand identity and marketing goals

Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Monitor trends and optimize content to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth

Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and launches

2. Influencer Management

Identify, vet, and onboard influencers aligned with brand values

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators

Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including briefing, coordination, and performance tracking

Analyze influencer campaign results and optimize future collaborations

3. Paid Ads Strategy

Develop and execute advertising strategies for Instagram and Facebook

Manage ad budgets, targeting and performance optimization

Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content

4. Community & Reputation Management

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms

Professionally address both positive and negative feedback in a timely manner

Manage and respond to customer reviews on TripAdvisor and Google Reviews

Escalate critical issues and provide solutions to maintain brand reputation

5. Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics across all platforms and campaigns

Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations

Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends

6. All other duties and responsibilities required of a social media manager

- Experience in managing several social media accounts, hotel and f&b business preferred

- Knowledgable in Facebook, Instagram and Meta ads management

- Worked with influencers and other talent to work with brands

- Willing to work on a flexible time schedule
