Responsible for providing administrative support to high level executives and managers of the Bank. This function includes the following:
- Managing the day-to-day processes of the executive office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Recording and distributing minutes of meetings
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates should have at least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant to top level executives
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Knowledgeable with standard office administrative practices and procedures
- With excellent organizational and management skills
