Website Usability Tester Twenty Minute Zoom Interview  

We’re a small, scrappy startup and we want your honest feedback! Join a quick 20-minute Zoom call with our team to try our website, share what works (and what doesn’t), and suggest improvements. Super simple, no prep needed.

What You’ll Do
• Hop on a 20-minute Zoom video chat with our team
• Use our website while we observe (screen share optional if you’re comfortable)
• Give straightforward feedback on what’s confusing, what you like, and ideas to improve
• Answer a few short follow-up questions

What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable speaking on a Zoom call (good internet + mic)
• Honest, practical feedback — no need to be “nice,” we want the real deal
• Basic experience using websites/apps (no tech background required)
• Reliable and on time

Nice to Have (but not required)
• Prior user testing or QA experience
• Familiarity with online marketplaces or classified sites

Compensation
• We may give a small thank-you payment for your time and feedback (paid after the session via GCash)

Schedule
• One-time 20-minute session
• We’ll coordinate a time that works for you (PH time friendly)

• Clear, honest communicator; fluent in English or Filipino.
• Reliable and punctual; available for a single 20-minute session during PH-friendly hours.
• Prior user testing or QA experience is a plus (not required).
• Familiarity with online marketplaces or classified sites is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and able to receive small thank-you payments (e.g., GCash).
