Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage and maintain client’s schedules, and appointments
  • Handle client’s telegram, emails, whatsapp and other correspondence; respond promptly and professionally as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments; prepare meeting agendas and take minutes if required.
  • Sending/retrieving contracts such as NDAs and consulting fee agreements, filling signature blocks, and organizing them in a Google drive once complete
  • Depending on performance may potentially have other opportunities as well, such as basic organization, research (quick lookup), or client contact requests, receiving client and/or opportunity information, and potentially transposing into an intake spreadsheet.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct internet research and compile data as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • At least 1yr + experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Gmeet) preferred
