Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and resource management.
- Manage office operations, including workflow optimization, vendor management, and administrative support.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation in collaboration with the finance team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management, preferably in the education or consulting sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Work Location: Meruya, Jakarta Barat
