- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Healthcare & Pharmacy (HCP) sector
- Understand client needs (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors) and provide suitable financing solutions aligned with their operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Proactively acquire new clients and expand existing business portfolios
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities
- Monitor asset quality and ensure strong customer engagement for long-term partnerships
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor Degree & Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply, preferably majoring in Business/Marketing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Have strong communication & networking skills with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Have strong networks within related industries
- Have good analytical skills
- Interested in healthcare industry dynamics and B2B business
- Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team
- Highly driven to achieve targets
