Entrepreneur in Residence, Core Operator  

You will all be exposed to:

1. Partner and solution onboarding: Helping bring solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Nutanix, DataRobot, Samsara, and others onto the platform.
2. Service provider recruiting: Finding, vetting, and onboarding service providers who can deliver real work for clients.
3. Proposal and client execution: Drafting proposals, scopes, and responses quickly. Coordinating across clients, partners, and providers. Staying highly responsive.
4. ⁠Platform and operations: Understanding how work flows through the platform from deal to delivery to billing.
5. Finance and correctness: Respecting numbers. Supporting clean invoicing, collections, and bookkeeping. Zero tolerance for sloppiness when money is involved.
6. Escalation and problem solving: Knowing when something is going wrong and escalating early. Supporting legal, financial, or delivery fixes as needed.

Your deep skill still matters
We expect you to deepen your mastery in your core discipline.

1. Engineers build and reason clearly.
2. Product managers structure problems and execution.
3. Designers shape clarity and usability.
4. Accountants keep the system correct and trustworthy.
5. Attorneys protect the business when risk appears.

You will be trusted to own your domain while learning how the whole machine works.

Compensation and structure

• ⁠Location: Davao
• Setup: In person
• Hours: 9 to 5
• Base salary: Competitive for Davao, 0 to 3 years experience
• Overtime: Every additional hour worked is paid
• Commission: Paid to those who take a lead role in helping land new clients

This is not a narrow job. It is a T shaped role. You will have one deep skill where you are strong and credible, and you will also learn to operate across the core operations.

Our goal is simple. We want to take strong early career professionals and turn them into real operators and entrepreneurs through direct exposure to how a business is built, sold, operated, and defended when things go wrong.
