Core Operator — Product Manager

Your deep skill responsibilities (Product Manager)

1. You will own structure and execution—turning messy input into clear output:
2. Turn client/partner needs into clear scopes, specs, and execution plans
3. Maintain fast, organized workflows (priorities, follow‑ups, escalation paths)
4. Improve SOPs and operating cadence across the core team
5. Coordinate between sales, partners, providers, engineering, and finance
6. Track outcomes (speed, error rates, pipeline health) and push improvements

What this role is

This is a T‑shaped role. Your deep skill is product thinking and execution, but you will also learn to operate across the core of our company, partner onboarding, service provider pipelines, proposals, delivery, and billing correctness​​​​​​

Compensation and structure

1. Setup: In person (no remote)
2. Hours: 9 to 5
3. Base salary: Competitive for Davao (0–3 years experience)
4. Overtime: Every additional hour worked is paid
5. Commission: Paid to those who take a lead role in helping land new clients
