Your deep skill responsibilities (Designer)

1. You will own clarity in how our company communicates and ships:
2. Create and iterate proposal templates, decks, one‑pagers, and sales collateral
3. Improve product UX clarity (workflows, screens, onboarding, docs visuals)
4. Design systems that reduce mistakes (forms, checklists, templates)
5. Support partner onboarding materials and provider-facing documentation
6. Make “fast execution” look professional and consistent across client touchpoints

What this role is

This is a T‑shaped role: your deep skill is design, but you’ll also operate across partner onboarding, provider recruiting, proposals, execution, and platform operations.

Compensation and structure

1. Location: Davao
2. Setup: In person (no remote)
3. Hours: 9 to 5
4. Base salary: Competitive for Davao (0–3 years experience)
5. Overtime: Every additional hour worked is paid
6. Commission: Paid to those who take a lead role in helping land new clients
