Core Operator — Accountant

1. Partner and solution onboarding
2. Service provider recruiting
3. Proposal and client execution
4. Platform and operations
5. Finance and correctness (everyone supports; you will lead)
6. Escalation and problem solving

Your deep skill responsibilities (Accountant)

1. You will protect correctness and help the business run cleanly:
2. Support clean invoicing, collections tracking, and bookkeeping workflows
3. Maintain accurate records and organize documentation (zero sloppiness)
4. Build simple reporting that helps operators make decisions
5. Support billing setup for partners/providers and ensure accuracy end-to-end
6. Help design internal controls so operations scale without financial chaos

What this role is

This is a T‑shaped role. Your deep skill is accounting, but you’ll also operate across partner onboarding, provider pipelines, proposals, platform workflows, and escalation when problems arise.

Compensation and structure

1. Location: Davao
2. Setup: In person (no remote)
3. Hours: 9 to 5
4. Base salary: Competitive for Davao (0–3 years experience)
5. Overtime: Every additional hour worked is paid
6. Commission: Paid to those who take a lead role in helping land new clients
