- Bookkeeping of transactions
- Perform preliminary review of transactions and accounts, specialy during End of Month
- Process disbursements
- Prepare Partner & Sales Commissions
- Process payroll
- Tax filing
- Monitor Intercompany transactions
- Prepare reports
- Troubleshoot low to mid-level issues
- Such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Tech or Management Accounting;
- A CPA is an advantage but not required;
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work U.S. hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 AM PST
