Summary:

Facilitate employee fulfillment needs efficiently and accurately, while ensuring high recruitment quality to support the company’s goals.

Job Description:

  • Develop Recruitment Activity Plan including the budget plan in alignment with the company's strategy and business needs.
  • Execute the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing placement recommendations.
  • Monitor staffing needs, evaluate recruitment results, and make improvements to enhance process effectiveness.
  • Prepare recruitment fulfilment reports as required by the organization.
  • Develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) design aligned with company values and employee needs to attract, retain, and engage high-quality talent.
  • Manage employer branding strategies to attract qualified candidates, including creating promotional materials, managing social media, developing the Employee Value Proposition, and participating in external recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate and execute new employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration, including developing onboarding materials, orientation, initial training, team introduction, and completion of contract/probation evaluations.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 from Psychology
  • Fresh graduates or professional with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
  • Good analytical and critical thinking, able to learn fast and working well with others.
