Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity with operations.
- Assist in creating and developing effective QA process tracking tools and strategies.
- Work closely with operations to implement QA processes, track compliance and identify improvements to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Provide guidance to operations, including training on implementing QA projects.
- Facilitate communication between other departments and QA to ensure alignment on projects, activities, goals, and timelines.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare processes, regulations, and terminology is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in QA, ideally in a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Experience with QA tools and methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection
