IT Assistant  

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to set up systems, install software or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems
• Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Support roll-out of new applications
• Setup new user accounts and profiles and resolve password issues

Work Setup and Location:

• Onsite during the probationary period
• Hybrid setup available after 1 year
• Night shift schedule
• Office is located at Shaw, Mandaluyong

• College Graduate in Information Systems or Computer Science
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or technical assistance
• Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and Microsoft Windows environments
• Experience in troubleshooting desktop, printer, and peripheral issues
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, mostly night shift

Preferred (but not required):

• Knowledge of Remote Desktop and Active Directory
• Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare IT systems, or EMR/EHR platforms
• Basic knowledge of printers, VoIP, VPN, or cloud-based tools
