Back End Engineer  

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable microservices with performance, security, and reliability in mind, following SOLID principles and 12-Factor App methodology.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Front End, Full Stack, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation (design specs, testing plans, implementation guides).
• Contribute actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and system reliability.

Job Details:

• Willing to work on-site (since WFH/Hybrid in actual)
• Willing to place in various clients e.g., banking, finance, insurance, automotive, manufacturing etc.
• PKWT Contract (extendable)
• BPJS (TK, KK), THR (1x), Bonus (1x), Yearly Income (14x)
• Medical Insurance (Individual Gold - AdMedika)
• Paid Leave (12 days/year)
• Overtime Paid (if any)
• Salary around 12 - 16 mio gross

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Microservices Architecture and Development.
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • Java & Spring Boot
  • Quarkus
  • RESTful API
  • Git
  • Docker
  • SQL / NoSQL databases
• Bonus if you also bring experience in:
  • Spring Cloud
  • Kubernetes
  • Go / Python / Node.js
• Background in Open API and Banking Industry projects is a strong advantage.
