Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check and record all incoming money in the company account.
- Identify the source of incoming money (match with client invoices).
- Receive, record and create invoices for incoming cash from sales notes.
- Store petty cash and cash on-hand (money from cash sales) properly, safely and neatly.
- Make cash deposits to the bank for cash on-hand that has exceeded the maximum limit.
- Make a summary of incoming money that has been settled every week, petty cash and cash on hand received from sales notes.
- Receive petty cash vouchers from units, ensure approval from the relevant head, check the validity of transaction evidence, submit approval, pay and record into the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist in opening and closing company bank accounts.
- Act as a generalist for Finance and Accounting activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree graduates majoring in Accounting or Financial Management, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Have experience handling invoices is a plus.
- Understand Accounting Journals
- Like numbers and organized person.
- Communicative and have good interpersonal skills.
