- Understand the business needs of each work unit and translate them into HR strategies that are aligned with organizational goals.
- Running an end-to-end recruitment process, from compiling needs to onboarding candidates who fit the company's culture and competencies.
- Managing the talent management process, including identifying potential, succession planning, and preparing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Involved in the Learning and Development process, from identifying training needs, preparing training plans, to evaluating program effectiveness.
- Accompanying the employee performance evaluation process and ensuring users understand and implement performance management properly.
- Maintaining effective communication with unit leaders and employees to increase engagement and become a strategic partner in HR decision making.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of HR, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Have experience in the HC field such as recruitment/training/facilitator.
- Good communication skills, in interview and negotiation techniques.
- Have the ability to assess someone who fits the needs.
- Understanding of technology and recruitment tools.
- Time management in fulfilling talent according to user needs.
- Have creativity and innovation in running the hiring process.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
