We are looking for a Backend Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Node.js to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in developing APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Experience in modern development practices such as microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js
- Build scalable, high-performance, and secure server-side applications
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver features
- Develop reusable, efficient, and reliable code following best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker or containerization technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL
- Exposure to serverless architecture
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js
- Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with JSON
- Knowledge of Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
