Sunny Day Residences is a boutique hillside hotel in Cainta & Antipolo offering comfortable accommodations, event spaces, and a growing food & beverage operation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support the financial operations of both our hotel and restaurant divisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and wants to help build systems for a growing property.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
• Maintain accurate books for hotel and restaurant operations
• Record daily sales, expenses, and cash transactions
• Reconcile POS systems, bank accounts, and payment platforms
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Hotel & Restaurant Accounting
• Monitor room revenue, restaurant sales, and event income
• Track inventory for food, beverages, and supplies
• Manage vendor payments and accounts payable
• Monitor receivables for corporate bookings or events
Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare tax-related reports and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews
• Coordinate with external accountants when needed
Operational Support
• Assist management with budgeting and cost control
• Track labor, food cost, and operational margins
• Recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes

Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years accounting experience (hospitality or restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with POS systems and accounting software
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
