- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage and oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support external audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Prior experience in mining, natural resources, or related industries is preferred
- Candidates with professional experience from Mining Industry, Big 4 or Big 10 public accounting firms are highly preferred
- Experience in preparing financial statements and supporting audit processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting controls, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and supervise team members when required
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
