Senior Digital Designer  

The Role

As a Senior Digital Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative direction of projects across our global portfolio. You’ll lead the design of interactive mobile apps, digital learning experiences and advanced enterprise dashboards, balancing creativity, usability, and brand integrity.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers in Europe and in Indonesia, helping raise design standards and champion best practices across UX, UI, and digital storytelling.


What You’ll Do

• Lead the creative process from concept through to delivery.
• Design beautiful, functional, and responsive web and app interfaces.
• Translate strategic and UX insights into clear, engaging design solutions.
• Collaborate with our development, product, and client teams to bring ideas to life
• Present confidently to internal stakeholders in English.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritising effectively under tight deadlines.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring brand consistency.
• Provide creative mentorship and feedback to junior and midweight designers.
• Stay ahead of evolving design trends, tools, and technologies.

Must Haves

• 5+ years professional experience in digital or product design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and strategic thinking.
• Professional level in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive layouts, and digital systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced global team.
• Strong appreciation for detail, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for data visualisation, AI tools, or enterprise
  dashboards.
• Basic skills in motion graphics, animation, or video design.
• Experience working with front-end developers or basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with brand design systems.
