- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to ensure efficient operations
- Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse activities
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations
- Continuously assess warehouse operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels for management review
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven work experience as a warehouse manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field (preferred)
