- Define and implement QC policies and procedures.
- Oversee QC activities across raw materials, processes, and finished goods.
- Coordinate cross-site quality data collection and analysis.
- Lead issue escalation and quality troubleshooting.
- Manage QC metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 4 - 5 years in a Junior Lead Quality Control from similar industry
- Strong background in food product quality control.
- Knowledge of testing standards, sensory evaluation, and non-conformance management.
- Experience with quality reporting dashboards and statistical process control.
- Strong leadership and coordination.
- Analytical mindset.
- Conflict resolution and root cause analysis.
- Time and resource management.
