Product Development and Category Management Associate  

- Involve in end-to-end product development process — from market research, concept creation, costing, packaging, testing, regulatory approval, until commercial launch.

- Identify and validate new product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards, BPOM, and other relevant regulations.

- Build and execute category strategies for sales, margins, and customer penetration for Private Label’s portfolios.

- Product & Assortment Management: Own SKU rationalization, assortment expansion, and product lifecycle management.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Product Development, Campaign, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.

- Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, and samples to ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.

- 2–4 years of experience in New Product Development, Category Management, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing — preferably in Food & Beverages, Frozen Food, Meals and spices or Bakery categories

- Preferable background in FMCG, Retail, Private Label industry

- Proven ability to handle end-to-end product development cycles and category management initiatives and manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Highly detail-oriented, ambitious, and organized with strong ownership and bias for action.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
