- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and infrastructure to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor ongoing renovation projects to ensure alignment with design, scope of work, and timeline
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet the specified standards and requirements
- Prepare inspection reports, QC checklists, and progress records
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to address issues during the renovation process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil / Electro / Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in facility QC, construction supervision, or renovation projects
- Good understanding of construction methods, MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and building materials
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Preferably owns a personal vehicle (tentative)
