About this Position

We're looking for a Product Designer with a strong visual design taste, sharp product thinking, and a passion for crafting delightful user experiences. If you enjoy leveraging AI to accelerate your creative process, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, field observations, and usability testing to uncover user needs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, research findings, and product metrics.
• Maintain consistency by contributing to and utilizing design systems and UI guidelines.
• Prepare design assets and ensure smooth handoff to the engineering team.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration, ideation, and productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficient in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Comfortable making design decisions backed by user insights and data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar) to improve design workflows.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or on-demand platforms is a plus.
• An active portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects is required.
