- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA or Food Safety Auditor.
- In-depth knowledge of BPOM, HACCP, and Halal certifications, with a proven track record of managing certification processes.
- Proficient in developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (additional proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with QC and Operations teams.
- Willingness to work in a mobile and agile environment.
- Willing to be based in Pegangsaan Dua, Jakarta Utara"
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Conducting regular audits at the Astro Central Kitchen.
- Facilitating periodic food safety training for staff.
- Analyzing operational issues and developing strategic improvements.
- Implementing and maintaining Halal, BPOM, and HACCP standards.
- Managing weekly analytical metrics, including reject rates, SLA, customer complaints, non-conformity, and rework rates.
- Managing all documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, and Forms) in preparation for external audits.
- Coordinating with Operations and QC teams to drive continuous improvement within the Central Kitchen.
- Collaborating with the pest control team to perform comprehensive pest analysis.
- Proficient in developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Performing vendor assessments and managing related data processing.
