About this Position

We are looking for a Business Process & Improvement Senior Associate to drive operational excellence across the organization through process optimization, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional project management. In this role, you will identify improvement opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance business efficiency, compliance, and overall operational performance.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
• Lead end-to-end process improvement projects to enhance productivity, compliance, and scalability.
• Develop, review, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines.
• Gather business requirements and prepare process documentation, including BRDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, compliance rates, SLAs, and other operational performance metrics.
• Leverage data and insights to recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in SOP development, process optimization, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL or other query-based analysis tools.
• Preferably have experience in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Technology industries.
