- Support daily demand forecasting activities for Fresh products by running and reviewing SKU and SKU × Hub forecasts through the SCMS Demand Planning dashboard.
- Perform forecast adjustments and apply appropriate reason codes based on established SOPs and business inputs.
- Prepare and submit the weekly packaging forecast and ensure timely handoff to the Supply Order team.
- Support the preparation of the Demand Planning weekly report, particularly the Fresh section.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and flag significant variances, anomalies, or potential demand risks to the Demand Planning team.
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasting records and ensure all reporting and forecast cycles are completed according to schedule.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and operational tasks related to demand planning and inventory availability.
- Align forecasts with top-down targets and promo plans, communicate changes clearly, address issues, and provide relevant recommendations to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into useful insights and communicate them clearly to support stakeholders in making informed decisions.
- Approach problems creatively and proactively, while developing sustainable, long-term solutions to address recurring issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
- Creative, agile, and proactive in finding and resolving problems.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing repetitive data-checking activities with accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or SQL is a plus.
- Able to follow SOPs and maintain consistency in daily and weekly operational processes.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify data anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Able to commit to an internship period of 6 months and work in Jakarta.
